The proprietary thin-film deposition coating process produces a very high density, as well as an extremely uniform coating of poly-L-lysine molecules. The resulting surface has a very high binding capacity combined with a low signal variance across a single slide as well as different slides and batches.

Production takes place in ISO class 5 (class 100) cleanroom environment. All NEXTERION® products are manufactured according to the most stringent industry standards, guaranteeing that customers receive the highest quality and most reproducible products.
