1.NUNC細胞培養蓋玻片由Thermanox塑料材質製成。
2.NUNC細胞培養蓋玻片有親水性表麵，更易使細胞貼壁，
2.NUNC細胞培養蓋玻片經過**處理，可以直接使用，也可在120 ° C的高溫下**處理20分鐘後在使用。
3.NUNC細胞培養蓋玻片厚度比普通蓋玻片還要厚，更不容易破碎。
4.不能在Rhodamine和FITC標記的實驗使用，會有背景產生，導致實驗誤差。(Fluorescein isothiocyanate, excitation = 494 nm; emission = 517 nm).
