      對於那些用來AFM觀察的樣品來講，光滑的切麵和樣品結構保持是我們追求的。

      鑽石刀不僅僅可以得到超薄和半超薄切片，也可以得到用於AFM研究的各種生物學和材料學表麵切片。

      AFM電鏡主要用來觀察切片的表麵結構，為了得到AFM觀察結果，鑽石刀不可少的工具之一。我們提供的此款刀具均35°，有2cm和3cm兩種可以挑選。切片厚度10-100nm。
