    *聲波振動鑽石刀是室溫薄切片的選擇，也是近些年來DiATOME與Dr Daniel Studer,（Lab. of Anatomy, University of Berne）合作的結晶。*聲波振動切片是以*聲頻振動激勵鑽石刀以幫助改善切片性能方法，這種切片方法的研究,近年在美、日、蘇、西德、英等國取得較大進展並逐漸得到應用。其具有減少切力、提高加工精度、提高表麵光潔度和表麵質量、延長刀具壽命等。Ultra Sonic Oscillating Diamond Knife鑽石刀徹底解決了切片過程中的“樣本壓縮”問題。通常在切片過程中產生“樣本壓縮”的原因在於：

進刀的角度

樣品的硬度

鑽石表麵和樣品表麵的相互作用

切片的厚度

      鑽石刀以固定的頻率和振幅來回運動，振蕩的方向要平行於刀鋒。在室溫下*聲振蕩鑽石刀製備的樣品

消除了壓縮的想象，讓使用者可以得到薄，質量好的切片。
