Cell culture on microporous membranes have been shown to promote differentiation of a variety of epithelial and mesenchymal cells in vitro, especially in the presence of ECM.
 
Quality Control:
  • Tested for ability to induce Caco-2 cells to form tight junctions as measured by Transepithelial Electrical Resistance (>= 150 ohm cm2).
  • Tested for bacteria and fungi.
