Berkshire ValuSeal®–LP is an ultrasonically sealed, cleanroom-laundered wipe recommended for use in cleanroom environments rated ISO Class 3 and above. It is composed continuous filament polyester knit fabric. This combination of properties provides ValuSeal®–LP with the highest level of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility required for applications in which critical control of contaminants is needed. 

The same wipe material can be provided in pre-wetted wipe formats for reduced VOC emissions, increased convenience, increased productivity, improved solvent control and cleaning protocol repeatability, and reduced costs. 

For aseptic processing areas, the same wipe material can be provided in a gamma irradiated validated sterile to a 10–6 sterility assurance level. Dry and pre-wetted versions available.

They combine quality, performance and economy and are among Berkshire's lowest particle and extractable wipe product offerings. Applications include, breakdown cleans in front end fab and suite construction Oxidation, Metallization or CVD Deposition areas Photolithography Process areas. Flat Panel, Optics, Chamber Cleans Low Ion Implantation, Diffusion and CMP Processing
