Berkshire ValuSeal® 1500 is a laser-sealed, cleanroom laundered wipe recommended for controlled environments rated ISO Class 3 and above. It is composed of  continuous filament polyester knit fabric. This combination of properties provides ValuSeal® 1500 with the high level of cleanliness and chemical compatibility required for applications in which critical control of contaminants is needed. 

The same wipe material can be provided in pre-wetted formats for reduced VOC emissions, increased convenience,increased productivity, improved solvent control and cleaning protocol repeatability and reduced costs.

For aseptic processing areas, the same wipe material can be provided in a gamma irradiated validated sterile to a 10–6 sterility assurance level. Dry and pre-wetted versions available.

Light weight, high absorbency design reduces landfill waste impact when compared to more traditional heavier weight design. Cleanroom wiper applications include, analytical analysis testing between batch runs in parenteral drug processing. Cleaning of medical device products. Stencil and other print roll cleaning applications. Chamber cleaning and CMP processing. Complies with RoHS 2002/05 requirements.
