Berkshire ValuSeal-HA® is a highly absorbent, ultrasonically sealed, polyester wipe. It is designed to address such concerns as absorbency, purity, strength, and durability, especially for the semiconductor and biomedical markets. The ValuSeal–HA® wipe features the highest levels of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility required for ISO Class 3 and above cleanroom environments as well as other applications requiring critical control of contaminants. 

The same wipe material can be provided in pre-wetted formats for reduced VOC emissions, increased convenience, increased productivity, improved solvent control and cleaning protocol repeatability and reduced costs. 

For aseptic processing areas, the same wipe material can be provided in a gamma irradiated validated sterile to a 10–6 sterility assurance level. Dry and pre-wetted wipe versions available.

ValuSeal-HA wipers are designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications. With its sealed edge for reduced fiber contamination, and **** continuous filament polyester knit construction it has critically low lint, particles, fibers, ions and extractables. Laundered and packaged in Berkshire’s ISO Class 4 cleanroom. ValuSeal-HA is chemically compatible with IPA, Acetone and other solvents. Light weight, high absorbency wiper design reduces landfill waste impact when compared to more traditional heavier weight designs. Uses include, Oxidation, Metallization, CVD or Photolithography processes. Stencil and other print roll cleaning applications. Cleaning of medical device products. Applying and removing cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Ion Implantation, diffusion and CMP processing.
