Berkshire MicroSeal-VP is a  continuous filament knit polyester wipe with ultrasonically sealed edges. The wipe is lightweight, with tightly knit construction, which minimizes abrasion of critical components and limits the picking and snagging while cleaning rough surfaces. Delivering low ions and extractable residues, this highly absorbent wipe is available in economical value packaging. 

The same wiper material can be provided in pre-wetted formats for reduced VOC emissions, increased convenience, increased productivity, improved solvent control and cleaning protocol repeatability and reduced costs. 

For aseptic processing areas, the same wipe material can be provided in a gamma irradiated validated sterile to a 10–6 sterility assurance level. Dry and pre-wetted versions available.

Chemically compatible with IPA, Acetone and other solvents. Wiper designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications. Light weight, high absorbency wipe design reduces landfill waste impact when compared to more traditional heavier weight designs. Wipe has a high absorbency and low endotoxin levels. Designed for use in ISO Class 3 and higher cleanroom environments. Complies with RoHS 2002/05 requirements.
