The Universal Electrical Contact Cleaner is a plastic-safe nonflammable electronics cleaner that rinses away grime and dirt and restores circuit continuity. Universal Contact Cleaner is formulated for long-term regulatory compliance in every market around the world, without minimizing either cleaning performance or worker safety. This new Contact Cleaner is ozone-safe, very safe for people, EU REACH compliant and VOC exempt. Importantly, it has an ultra-low Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 1! In terms of operations, it is engineered for rinsing and flushing contamination from hard-to-reach locations (as opposed to flux removers, which dissolve the contamination). It easily cleans a wide variety of soils including dust, grit, dirt as well as mineral oils, silicone oils, hydrocarbon based oils and fluorinated oils/grease. It safely rinses grit from hot motors, dust from inside electromechanical relays, keyboards and other electrical devices. Use on connectors, cable harnesses, tuners, power supplies, encoders, distribution panels, junction boxes, coax cables, and switching devices.This product leaves no residues, is noncorrosive, dries quickly and is compatible with most plastics, rubber and elastomers.
