培養條件：
 完全培養基：DMEM高糖培養基90%；胎牛血清10%。
培養條件：37.0C  carbon dioxide(CO2),5%
傳代方法：
 收到細胞後，取出培養瓶在倒置顯微鏡下觀察細胞生長情況。
（一）如果細胞未長滿，用75%酒精噴灑整個瓶**後放到*菌台內，嚴格無菌操作，打開細胞培養瓶，吸出培養液，僅留下10ml培養液在瓶內繼續培養。
(二)如果細胞已長滿，即可進行傳代培養。具體步驟如下：
1. 棄去培養液，用PBS（不含鈣，鎂離子）洗1-2次。
2. 加1ml消化液（0.25%Trypsin-0.53mM EDTA）於培養瓶中，倒轉放於37度培養箱1-3分鐘預熱，然後又將培養瓶倒轉大約30秒後，在倒置顯微鏡下觀察細胞消化情況，若細胞大部分變圓分散，輕敲幾下培養培養瓶，細胞隨即脫落下來。
3. 加入6-8ml完全培養基，吸出，分到新的培養瓶中。1:3~1:6傳代；2~3天1次。

注意：傳代後一半用我們的培養基，一半用你們的，以免細胞不適應而造
成生長不好。
