Using the UniSystem
  1. Mix urine by gently agitating or inverting collection container.
  2. Pour 12 ml test sample into UniSystem tube and cap.
  3. Centrifuge UniSystem tube.
  4. Place UniSystem tube in UniSystem Rack. Remove caps from tubes and decant by inverting tubes.
  5. Set tubes upright and add UniSystem Stain.
  6. Apply sediment to UniSystem Slide.
