Low Profile Pin Mounts for FIB Applications

These special low profile pin mounts are available as flat, as a 90° mount, and with specific angles ideally suited to accommodate specimens with small working distances in FIB, DualBeam and CrossBeam systems. Made out of aluminum. Fully compatible with standard pin stub mounts (pin 3.2mm diameter) for sample storage and transport. These mounts can be used directly in FEI systems with the standard pin length and ZEISS/LEO systems with the short 6mm pin and with adapters in Hitachi and JEOL systems. Four types are available:

• Universal flat pin mount with standard and short pin
• Universal 90 degree pin mount with standard and short pin
• 38° complimentary angle pin mount for FEI Dualbeams and FIB systems
• 36° complimentary angle pin mount for ZEISS/LEO CrossBeam and NVISON systems
