1.NUNC细胞培养盖玻片由Thermanox塑料材质制成。
2.NUNC细胞培养盖玻片有亲水性表面，更易使细胞贴壁，
2.NUNC细胞培养盖玻片经过**处理，可以直接使用，也可在120 ° C的高温下**处理20分钟后在使用。
3.NUNC细胞培养盖玻片厚度比普通盖玻片还要厚，更不容易破碎。
4.不能在Rhodamine和FITC标记的实验使用，会有背景产生，导致实验误差。(Fluorescein isothiocyanate, excitation = 494 nm; emission = 517 nm).
