      对于那些用来AFM观察的样品来讲，光滑的切面和样品结构保持是我们追求的。

      钻石刀不仅仅可以得到超薄和半超薄切片，也可以得到用于AFM研究的各种生物学和材料学表面切片。

      AFM电镜主要用来观察切片的表面结构，为了得到AFM观察结果，钻石刀不可少的工具之一。我们提供的此款刀具均35°，有2cm和3cm两种可以挑选。切片厚度10-100nm。
